DISCOVER YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to a lawyer specializing in labor law, effectively managing her schedule and communications. You will be responsible for coordinating her emails, reviewing administrative documents, as well as preparing and organizing her daily activities.

Your Contribution to the Team

  • Drafting letters and emails for client communication
  • Managing the calendar, deadlines, and contact records
  • Tracking projects and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Preparing, filing, and sending documents through various channels
  • Processing time entries, expense reports, and invoicing
  • Providing a warm welcome by handling phone calls and messages
  • Offering proactive support to the team and performing various administrative tasks

SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • Bilingualism is essential (French and English)
  • Experience in administrative support
  • Legal knowledge (either academic or professional experience)
  • Proficiency in Word and Outlook, with a solid understanding of the Windows environment
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities
